With a background in painting, finish carpentry and custom woodworking, he understands the importance of precision, quality, and exceeding client expectations. His leadership in production ensures that every project runs smoothly, on time, and with the highest standards of excellence.

Shannon has a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing complex operations. She excels in project management and cultivating strong, lasting relationships. Her dedication to her clients and crews, coupled with her keen attention to detail, makes her a highly valued asset in any role. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, tending to her garden, and baking sweet treats. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and strives to maintain a balanced, fulfilling life with her family.

Jessica Arana, Elk Horn Painting’s Project Manager, is a Colorado native who adores the stunning Pikes Peak views and how a great hike is never far away. She has a slight obsession with flowers and never misses a plant sale on weekends. Jess is friendly, curious, and sometimes a bit goofy. She loves the unique challenges that come with every project at Elk Horn Painting, and she always puts your satisfaction first!

Jessica is deeply interested in languages, and is bilingual in English and Spanish, which she uses in her role daily by communicating and collaborating with any Spanish speaking crew members to ensure a seamless project. Her personal commitment to mental and physical wellness is evident in her role as a yoga instructor, where she shares her enthusiasm for healthy living with others. Jessica’s priority is absolute client satisfaction, and she brings that passion to her role every day at Elk Horn Painting.

Amanda Connell is a driven and passionate Paint Specialist for Elk Horn Painting. Originally from Louisiana, Amanda has been living in Colorado since 2015 and enjoys the area’s beauty and hospitality. She is also a competitive bodybuilder and aims to one day compete in the Olympics. Amanda is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their desired outcomes and is known for her personalized attention and professionalism. Amanda’s expertise and unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction make her an invaluable addition to Elk Horn Painting.

Jess Weckel is a Paint Specialist with Elk Horn Painting and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board! Originally from North Carolina, Jess made the move to Parker in 2020 and has fallen in love with Colorado’s laid-back vibe and friendly people. Jess enjoys serving on her church’s worship team, DIY projects, playing guitar, and gardening. She is easy-going, patient, and a great listener, and loves helping customers choose the perfect colors for their homes.

He loves traveling, learning to speak Italian, and time spent with his wife, adult kids and dogs Ranger and Bear. Ryan’s professional background includes multi market operations, organizational development, leadership, performance analysis, and client and employee satisfaction. Ryan thrives in dynamic environments and brings varied experience to Elkhorn.

Dan Hamlin, originally from Illinois, has been enjoying the beautiful city of Colorado Springs since 2005. Dan is one of our Estimators – with a strong background in client experience and project support, he is driven to provide excellent service and communication. He loves enjoying Colorados’ outdoors, and all of the great hobbies that come with. When he’s not helping our clients start their exciting projects, he is living an adventurous life along sides his wife and 4 children.

Danielle is our Office Manager so she’s often times the first person you’ll speak to when you call our office. She moved to Colorado in 2015 and loves all things lake days, rollerblading, and concerts. Danielle is highly detail-oriented and a strong communicator, bringing organization and efficiency to her role. She is dedicated to creating an amazing customer experience and ensuring every project has a great outcome.

Jill Newbold is a Production Manager at Elk Horn Painting and has over 20 years of experience in the painting industry. As a Colorado native and mother of five, Jill enjoys the small-town feel and breathtaking views. She has a passion for cooking and entertaining, especially during football season. In her professional life, Jill’s love for painting and delivering a freshly painted home is what keeps her going. She is outgoing, friendly, compassionate, and trustworthy, and listens attentively to her customers’ needs to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Jack is the Head of Business Development at Elk Horn Painting, working alongside Jill Newbold to grow the company’s Commercial Department. With a background in nonprofit agriculture and seven years of leadership experience, he brings strategic thinking and patient persistence to building lasting client relationships – skills honed from years of sowing seeds and tending crops. What drew Jack to Elk Horn, and what makes him confident in every introduction, is the company’s unwavering commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and exceeding expectations. He thrives on meaningful connections, whether problem-solving with colleagues or helping commercial property managers find reliable painting solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking with his dog, embracing the same adventurous spirit that drives his professional journey.

Hunter Miller, the owner of Elk Horn Painting, pours his passion, dedication, and care into every project and customer interaction. Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, Hunter loves spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies of fishing, hunting, and golf. He deeply cares about his customers and promises to take care of them throughout the entire painting process. With his genuine, ambitious, and open-minded nature, Hunter is a great leader and is committed to customer satisfaction.
