Your Project Manager will be your point of contact and ensures your job goes smoothly. They handle scheduling, scope of work changes and quality assurance to ensure a seamless experience and top notch quality.

Your Project Manager will do job site check-ins throughout the project as well as a final walkthrough at the end of the project to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved.

While commercial projects are often more complex than residential work, we approach each commercial painting job with the same attention to detail and customer service.
Custom Estimate
Depending on project scope, your Commercial Estimator measures, photographs, and documents any site-specific challenges (e.g. resident-occupied, high-traffic areas, access points, et cetera). A detailed project estimate is built, including any repairs needed prior to painting. Your Commercial Estimate will include suggested areas for material lay-down, crew vehicle parking, and facility access points.
Project Planning & Scheduling
Your Project Manager works with you to determine the best dates for your paintwork. Our goal is always to minimize disruptions for our commercial clients; depending on the facility type, we will work with you to find the best scheduling solution.
Site Prep, Paint, & Clean-Up
All surfaces to be painted are cleaned and thoroughly prepped. Any support structures or equipment needed is put in place (scaffolding, lifts, etc). Painting can then begin! After the final coat is dry, all support structures are broken down and removed, all masking is removed and disposed of, and your space is re-set to its original configuration.
Quality Walk-Through
Your Project Manager walks you through your space one final time, ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the results.
